We are the only hire company in Tenerife to be contracted to and recommended by World of TUI, Destination Services, The Ritz Carlton Abama and over 50 hotels. We have a dedicated team in making your holiday as easy as possible. We are a fully legal and insured company.

What is your minimum order amount?

Our minimum order amount for free delivery and collection is €15

Do you deliver on the same day that we place an order?

All orders placed through our website are require to be placed 48 hours before to allow us time to confirm your order. If you would like same day delivery then please contact us via Phone, Whatsapp or email on our Contact Page to arrange this directly. Orders placed on our website requiring same day delivery will still need to contact us to place the order.

Is your baby equipment cleaned before hire?

Absolutely. It is our top priority to ensure every item is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized and inspected before every hire.

When will I receive my items?

Once we have received your booking and have all your details, we will send you a confirmation email to confirm your order. You will then receive a letter 7 Days before your arrival reconfirming your order. Upon your arrival to Tenerife we will call you approximately 1 to 2 hours after your flight has landed and arrange a delivery time to your place of stay that is convenient for you. If you require airport delivery we will meet you at arrivals upon landing in Tenerife. We will monitor your flight arrival time with our direct link to the airport arrival information to make sure we contact you at the correct time.

Where do we deliver?

We deliver to all parts of the south of Tenerife including Granadilla, San Miguel De Abona, Arona, Adeje, Guia De Isora. We do not deliver to the North of the island which includes Puerto de la Cruz and Santa Cruz.

Do you deliver to the North?

No. Unfortunately we only deliver to the South of Tenerife. If you require items in the North, we are happy to deliver them to you in the South at an arranged location for delivery and collection with a deposit paid per item.

Can we have our items delivered and collect at the airport?

Yes. We are happy to deliver car seats to the airport. Due to airport laws we cannot deliver inside the terminal. We deliver car seats to the DISA petrol garage which is located 1 minute walk from the arrivals hall. When you exit the arrivals hall, you will see a yellow petrol garage with DISA on it. All car seats are delivered free of charge to the airport and we will meet you 1 hour after your plane lands in Tenerife allowing you time to collect your luggage and transport.

What if my flight arrival is delayed?

Don't worry we will monitor your flight arrival time and adjust your delivery time accordingly.

Do you charge for delivery and collection of hire items?

No. All our items are delivered free of charge to your place of stay. Car seats are also delivered free of charge to the airport Petrol Station or your place of stay.

When do I pay for my items?

You can pay for your items in advance via PayPal or pay our driver on delivery of the hired items. If you wish to pay before your arrival, please contact us via Phone, Whatsapp or email on our Contact Page.

Is there any discount available on multiple hire items?

Yes, if you spend more than €75 and you will receive a 20% discount (Package deals and same day bookings are not included).

What if there is a problem with my hire items?

In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your hire items please let us know straight away and we will do our best to resolve the problem. All known faults must be reported to us within 24 hours of the hire date.

How does your pricing work?

Our pricing is split into three pricing categories depending on your duration: 1 to 7 days, 8 to 10 days and 11 to 14 days (Excludes Car Seats due to more pricing options available). For example if you wished to hire a Baby Jogger City Mini the price for 1 to 7 days is €30, for 8 to 10 days €40 and 11 to 14 days €45. My flight is out of your working hours, do you still deliver?

We have a product guarantee for certain items, which are travel cots, car seats, sterilisers and perfect prep machines. These 4 items will be delivered at any time no matter when your flight lands as we know the importance of them being required as soon as you arrive at your accomodation, all other items will be delivered the following morning of your order. The collection of all items must be between 8AM - 9PM, if you require a collection time out of these hours, we will either need to collect the item the day before or we can collect at your desired time for an out of hours fee of €10.

What is Price Promise Guarantee?

If you see the same product being offered by any other legal hire company In tenerife. Then let us know and we will price match the item(s).

Do you require any ID?

Yes. On delivery we need to see your passport for identification purposes and your return flight itinerary so that we can give you an accurate collection time at the end of your holiday.. At no time do we keep any of the above information, it is solely for identification purposes.
